Our Story
Wayside Community Park was founded in Shirley, Massachusetts, in the 1970s as an all-age, landlord owned Mobile Home Park called Wayside Estates, but in 2014 the park was purchased by Wayside Community and became a Resident-owned, 55+ Community - a self-governing mobile home residence for more than 60 home owners who all have the opportunity to participate in the park’s governance, maintenance and community atmosphere and activities.
